A Broad Range of Business Experience

I have been a bank officer, executive director of a sizable nonprofit, a city finance analyst and have more than 12 years in the real estate industry. My education and experience provide a solid background for accurately assessing market and financial trends and to help you avoid pitfalls in buying and selling decisions.

I've been fortunate to live in a variety of cities and have leveraged that experience to also become a Relocation Specialist. Knowing from personal experience what it's like to move across the country or to and from another country, has been invaluable in enabling me to serve my clients well in all phases and aspects of any move.

On a personal note: Real Estate has been my family business for my entire life. My parents, brothers, and I all have worked for years in the industry. I enjoy time away from work with family and friends savoring all that Colorado has to offer: cultural events, sports, hiking, skiing, and enjoying our cabin in the mountains.

Herb Pellinen

Licensed Assistant Broker and retired attorney. Retired from full time practice of law in 2015. Herb became a licensed Realtor in 2017 and assists with finding and evaluating investment properties for clients, showings and marketing, and helping clients prepare their homes for sale, especially in the mountain community we serve.

Rockin Media

Professional photography, production of virtual tours and video for TV, social media and single property website. Photography streams to 700+ websites and is used for all print media.

Staging Consultation

From simple advice to full home staging we help you determine what level of service is appropriate to get the highest price for your home.

Lender Resources

Whether you use our in-house lenders or not, they are always available to answer any loan or refinance questions.

Guardian Title

Title and Closing Services - need help with a name change, services of a notary, Guardian Title will help and answer any title related questions and manage the closing/escrow process.
